As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and improve your experience, we have partnered with a trusted third-party billing service provider. They will now be handling most of your billing moving forward.
We understand that some of you may have experienced delays in receiving your billing statements recently. Please know that this has been due to a combination of factors, including the ongoing coordination with insurance companies and the transition to our new online billing system. We are actively working to resolve these delays and appreciate your patience during this process.
Rest assured, we will still do our best to assist you with all your billing inquiries, payments, and account updates. In addition, we are transitioning to an online billing system to make managing your account more convenient. This will allow you to view, pay, and track your bills from anywhere, at any time. You can expect to receive future statements and communication directly from them via text and email.
Previous payment methods like checks, cash, in person payments, over the phone payments will still be accepted as usual.
